By doing so, you grant NFTBOX a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, display, and distribute your content solely for the purposes of operating and promoting the Platform.
3. NFT Transactions
3.1 Ownership and Rights: NFTBOX facilitates the buying and selling of NFTs between users. By purchasing an NFT, you acquire ownership of a unique digital asset, but not the underlying intellectual property rights unless explicitly stated by the creator. The creator retains the copyright and other applicable rights to the NFT.
3.2 Authenticity and Provenance: NFTBOX strives to ensure the authenticity and provenance of NFTs listed on the Platform. However, we do not guarantee the accuracy, reliability, or legality of the NFTs or the information provided by the sellers. It is your responsibility to conduct due diligence before engaging in any transaction.

NFTBOX respects your privacy and handles your personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection, use, and disclosure of your personal information as described in the Privacy Policy.
5. Limitation of Liability
